Shipping & Handling Standard Delivery TheSaddleShed.com ships to most states in the United States.

Standard orders are processed the next business day (Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders are received and processed only during retail store hours. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive typically in 7 to 10 days, but sometimes sooner if in the state of Massachusetts or nearby surrounding states.

Please note that at this time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States. (That means no delivery to Canada.)

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Please also note that rush delivery is not available for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, or Rural Routes addresses.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and rural addresses.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery is available. If you need your order in a hurry please call our store during store hours and we will calculate the extra charges and let you know what the added cost and how soon we can get you your order.

Multiple Shipments
Multiple shipments are orders in which portions are sent to more than one address. The cost for this service is an additional $3 per extra address. So, if you place an order and want portions sent to two addresses, the additional cost is $3. Three addresses (the maximum) will run an extra $6.

TheSaddleShed.com accepts the following major credit cards:

What other forms of payment does TheSaddleShed.com accept?

TheSaddleShed.com will accept personal checks, cashiers checks and U.S. postal money orders, but will typically hold them until they clear before shipping merchandise.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

Can I order by phone instead of over the Internet?

If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone, just call 508-839-3016. Have the product number(s) or names handy. One of our staff will be happy to help you. What if some of the items I ordered are not in stock? If any items are not in stock, you will be notified by email along with an estimated time the items will be shipped. Your credit card will be charged for these items when your initial order is placed. If you wish to cancel any backordered items, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 508-839-3016.

Returns, Exchanges & Changes How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?

If you're not completely satisfied with your TheSaddleShed.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days of your order date. Returns made after 30 days are NOT accepted. Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with original tags attached. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on bits, wormer, supplements and some clearance items. Videos and DVD's are returnable only if they are in original packaging and unopened. To return or exchange your purchase by mail, please just follow these instructions: items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with original tags attached. Please include a copy of your invoice, daytime phone number, name and address. You can exchange an item for one of the same, but in different color or size, and if you wish to do so shipping charges must be prepaid. Returns or Exchanges to our Store

You may return an online purchase to The Saddle Shed store. Just be sure to bring your invoice and the credit card you used to pay for your order. We will exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days of your order date. Returns made after 30 days are NOT accepted. Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and with original tags attached. Note: We cannot refund shipping & handling charges in the store.

Saddle Return Policy

Saddles can be returned only if all of the following conditions are met: all saddle returns must be pre-authorized by calling us at 508-839-3016 or e-mail us at thesaddleshedinc@gmail.com, within 3 days of receiving the saddle. If a saddle is returned to us without authorization, it will not be accepted. Please include your name, home address, invoice number, email address and daytime phone number. The saddle must be in new, unused condition, no marks, scratches, dirt, etc. the hang tags must be attached and any nameplates, saddle covers or other items included in the sale of the saddle, must be included in the return. You will be issued a store credit (which can be used for online or in store purchases) for the purchase price paid for the saddle. Or you can be refunded in the manner which you paid. The refund amount will reflect a deduction of a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. If you wish to exchange the saddle for the same one except in a different size or color, shipping charges will apply and must be prepaid.

Damaged Goods If you received goods that are damaged, save the shipping box and its contents and contact us and UPS immediately. Do not return the merchandise. We will instruct you on how to handle this situation.

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you'd like to cancel or change your TheSaddleShed.com order, please call 1-888-892-5868 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Prices, Limits & Taxes

Will an item that sells for one price in The Saddle Shed store sell for a different price on TheSaddleShed.com?

Sometimes. For the most part, our online merchandise is priced the same as the merchandise in our stores. However, we may occasionally have online-exclusive pricing on some items, and sometimes in the store also.

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Does TheSaddleShed.com sell the same items as The Saddle Shed store?

Not entirely. You won't find everything in our store available for purchase at TheSaddleShed.com. But you will find some of our finest values. If there is something you are looking for and do not see it on our online store, call us at 508-839-3016 and we will do our best to get it for you.

Does TheSaddleShed.com charge sales tax?

Yes. We collect sales tax in Massachusetts only. Please note that order totals during checkout include estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will appear on your invoice, and it will reflect applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.
